1. Will transportation be provided?
Yes, we will have transportation between Hotels, The Ritz Carlton at Dove Mountain and the Hampton Inn Marana AZ. Please note, we will have 30-minute departure times from both hotels throughout the evening of the wedding so that we can accommodate guests.
2. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is black tie/western formal. Ladies should wear gowns, floor length dresses, mid length dresses, or tuxedo.
The gentlemen are welcome to wear a full suit, tuxedo, or dark starched jeans, a button down, and sport coat.
Cowboy boots, cowboy hats and bolo ties are also welcome!
3. What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party take pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour where hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served. Following cocktail hour is the reception where the real party starts!
4. Can I bring a date?
Look at your wedding invitation and see if it has a + 1 . Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
5. Do you have a wedding hotel block?
Yes, we have a hotel block at The Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain and the Hampton Inn Marana, AZ. Please be sure to book under the Mehalic & Peterson Wedding to receive discounted rates.
6. Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both events are taking place at Saguaro Ranch - 3755 W. Conrads way ,Marana AZ 86658.
7. What time should I arrive?
5:00 pm. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the 5:30 pm ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The transportation at both hotels will be staged for those guests staying at those 2 locations .
8. When is the RSVP deadline and should I mail it back?
The RSVP deadline is February 15th 2025. Please mail your RSVP back.
10. Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Dancing will be inside.
11. Will the venue have parking?
Yes, we will have valet parking for guests who drive.
12. Are children allowed at the wedding?
Please note this is an adults-only celebration. We respectfully request no children at our wedding.
